We have a particular expertise in developing creative tools for kids (stuff that gets kids creating, imagining and developing skills), it’s something we’ve been doing for over 12 years.
Stripey’s founder - Steve Taylor - previously worked for Lightbox Education (formally known as Softease) developing products such as Textease & Easiteach and designing & managing developing of Podium Podcaster and Honeycomb. These products are industry-leading children’s creativity tools and Podium was recognised as such when it won a prestigious Bett award in 2009.

Case Study - Just 2 Easy Infant Tools
In the summer of 2009 the lovely people from J2E.com approached us with a view to Stripey designing and developing a set of online creativity tools for infants to compliment their fantastic J2E product.
The product was designed and developed in Adobe Flex for Flash and was ready for customers at the BETT show in January 2010. J2E are delighted with the product that was delivered (and we’re excited to have started work on the next set of tools for them).
Soon after seeing the product and trialling it with a group of schools The London Grid for Learning purchased the product to embed in their London-wide Learning platform (if you know an infant child in London chances are they are or soon will be a user of Just 2 Easy Infant Tools).
JIT has recently been selected as a finalist for the 2011 BETT awards in the category of Primary digital content. The awards are the most respected in the Educational software industry and we very proud to have the product shortlisted.
